The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 50 pounds by January 1, 2012
  • Starting Step Aerobics January 2012
  • Getting healthy to be pregnant by January 2012!!

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

College year - Senior Year

My favorite healthy food:

Salad with grilled chicken!!

My guiltiest pleasure:

Ice Cream....

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

the loss of my daughter Lexus at 20 weeks. I never want to go through that ever again. I want to live my life for the better because of her.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Exercise at least 45 minutes a day.. more if I can!!
  • Push myself in exercise classes.. dont be afraid to oversweat!!
  • Exercising with my husband.. he is my best support team!!

My favorite activity at the gym is:

EFX machine!! Walking on the treadmill with either intervals or aerobic!! Cardio mostly!!

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • From June 25, 2011 thru August 30, 2011 I have lost 32 lbs!!
  • Marrying my wonderful husband John!
  • Being Pregnant and having a daughter!!
