Grilled vegies and Chicken Breast.

My guiltiest pleasure:

non fat and low fat ice cream.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I am getting older and I want to be healthy and fit. I want to honor this body by treating it good. I want to look great in a new size 8-10 dress.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • journalling what I eat daily.
  • Praying every morning and reading my bible.
  • Not isolating, but spending time or calling a friend.
  • Choosing the right foods that will help promote a healthier body
  • Reading everything about diet and maintanance

My favorite activity at the gym is:

elliptical machine and classes.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Being a good wife and Mom
  • Being a committed Christian
  • Being a great Grandma
