I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

i became a mom.

My favorite healthy food:

chicken ceasar sald, with ranch dressing.

My guiltiest pleasure:

chocolate, soda, salt and beer.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

the dr's show, health shows etc.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • exercise bike
  • walk
  • exercise daily

My favorite activity at the gym is:

leg lifts on weight machine

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • my children
  • my insurance license
  • making it on my own
