About Me:

Over weight not very active ,Drives every where seldom walks except from the garage to car etc. I believe this time I can really follow the life style on Oprah... I don't know i've seen this weight lost show before but this time is didfferent. I just know it.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Live healthier and fit,

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I've been getting older and my body seems slower. I like my body but not the weight and slow motion that I feel.

My guiltiest pleasure:

chocolate ,at bedtime

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to enjoy (Me) my body as I get older. live a long life without aches and pain. To be healthy again. enjoy my grand kids. grow old with my husband so we can garden togather with me doing some of the work.in the garden

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • walking and hubbies gardening,

My favorite activity at the gym is:

havent been in a gym for years I would not know where to start.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Have a great husband
  • I look great for my age
  • My so and grandchildren
