About Me:

I just turned the big 4-0. I am a mother of 2. My son is 12, and my daughter is 8 going on 20... just kidding. I have been marrid for 15years and have tried all the Jenny craig diets, atkins, etc. My weight has gotten way out of control over the last 2 years. I vowed to never let myself get to the triple digits on the scale. So here I am at 198.6. Ready to change my life, and most importantly feel better about myself.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Excersicing at least 3 x's a day
  • Portion control
  • Making healthy choices and eating more veggies.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

around 5 years ago.

My favorite healthy food:

I Love a BIG O'L fat yummy salad w/ as much fresh veggies as possible.

My guiltiest pleasure:

My worst is Ice Cream - and cookies. I basically can consume anything that is sweet.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I have started to notice some health issues. I also am very depressed and I think that alot of my depression stems from the way I feel about myself. I know that when I was thinner I felt good about the way I looked.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Drink lots of water
  • I want to give myself a pat on the back every day
  • Keep positive thoughts!

My favorite activity at the gym is:

hmmm... have to think about that one. Because right now excercising is not a fun thing right now.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My Children!
  • My Home.
  • My Marriage
