About Me:

I am a 36 year old mother of three who loves public speaking and baking over-the-top desserts.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • My goal is to lose 44 pounds, and return
  • to weight lifting.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

My 36th birthday.

My favorite healthy food:

I love grilled chicken salads - fully loaded - with very little dressing.

My guiltiest pleasure:

I bake desserts for extra money, and I always bake a sample dish.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to join the National Guard.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Hitting the treadmill as often as possible.
  • Preparing just enough dinner for my family. Making sure there are no left-overs.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Free weights & the treadmill.
