I am just me, I love the Detroit Red Wings, and love reality tv, Biggest Loser and Taps are my favorite show. I use to weigh 125 but now hold alot of weight, I am trying to lose more so Im not on a diet, I am on a weight loss/better me program...

The goals I'm working toward:

  • to tie my shoe without problems
  • to go on a date with my hubby without being embarassed
  • to go buy an outfit in the misses side of the store not the plus size

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I couldnt look at myself in the mirror or look at pictures cause i didnt want to fave reality

My favorite healthy food:

strawberry applesauce and cucumbers

My guiltiest pleasure:

bumpy lumpy chocolate cake by sanders

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to see my daughter get married.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • drink one diet pop a day
  • eat no earlier than 9 am and stop at 6:30pm
  • I can always substitue regular eggs with egg beaters

My favorite activity at the gym is:

cardio and resistance

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • my kids
  • making amense with my family
