yogurt, fruits and granola

My guiltiest pleasure:

70% chocalate and low carb ice cream

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

•I want my kids to know how to life a healthy life

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Enrolled in a yoga class
  • exercise 6 days/week
  • drink 3/4 gallon of gren tea/day and eat healthy

My favorite activity at the gym is:

yoga & kickboxing
