About Me:

I'm 30lbs overwieght and would like to lose at least 20 over the next 6 months

The goals I'm working toward:

  • smaller body size
  • increased strength
  • understanding of foods i like which can help me with maintenance

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

age 30.

My favorite healthy food:

fish

My guiltiest pleasure:

chips and popcorn

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

it's the right thing to do. i have children and I'm a role model for them.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Keeping healthy snacks available
  • working out a gym 2-3x a week

My favorite activity at the gym is:

step class but now i can't because of a fracture and new diagnosis of osteopenia

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • returning to school for my masters degree
  • having 4 healthy beautiful young adult children
