About Me:

I'm a mom of a little 6 year old and I stay home- which causes me to eat when they are gone and I don't even notice that i am doing most of the time. I am going to jump into some diets for the next couple of weeks/months and see what happens!

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Losing 70-80 pounds
  • Getting up to exercise more!

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

giving birth to my son (6 years ago), and then my sister passed away and made me feel worse!

My favorite healthy food:

I really like melons and fruit and bokchoy!

My guiltiest pleasure:


I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to look better in my clothes and my son said to me the other day "You shouldn't eat that, your belly is a little too big!" THAT KILLED ME!

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Not sure yet.....

My favorite activity at the gym is:

I don't have the money for the gym....

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • my Son!
  • Buying a house at a young age
