About Me:

I'm a young mom that gained a large amount of weight throughout my pregnancy. It's been almost three years since I had him and I have not lost it.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • learn new eating habits for long term
  • get back healthy
  • look incredible

Vegetables and fruit

My guiltiest pleasure:

French fries

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I have a 2 and half year old son who looks up to me. Also I'm prone to diabetes and heart disease because it runs strongly in my family.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • i love to workout it makes me feel great
  • i love healthy foods

My favorite activity at the gym is:

AMT machine and the classes
