About Me:

i am married, 33 yrs. waitress@ a chinese rest. in ontario, ca. for 34 yrs. i have 1 child and 1 grandson 4 yrs.old.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • to have a diet i can stick with.
  • feel good about myself, no matter what weight.
  • just be happy.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Since college.

My favorite healthy food:

fruit, strawberries, blueberries, watermelon...all veggies..yogurt and granola.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Candy, diet soda, cooking cakes, gotta try 'em.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

i want to be able to have a healthier older age.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • say things that are more possitive.
  • drink more water, instead of diet cola.
  • cook at home more, not go out.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

none

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • my lifestyle of being happy whereever life goes.
  • laugh at the small problems
  • try to look positive
