About Me:

i'm married to a wonderful man and have a beautiful baby girl

The goals I'm working toward:

  • I had a baby 7 months ago and i'm still trying to lose those extra pound...30 more to go.
  • trying to eat healthier each day
  • saty motivated

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

november 2011

My favorite healthy food:

oatmeal

My guiltiest pleasure:

chips and chocolate

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

i dont like looking at my self and seeing that i don't look good on my clothes

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • i don't drink sodas or any sweet drink.water is my favorite
  • i like eating troughout the day to avoid eating junk
  • i don't hate myself after i cave in on a craving.i forgive myself and keep looking forward

My favorite activity at the gym is:

i dont like gyms because i'm a busy mom and dont have time for it. i like working out at home.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • i've lost 6 pounds so far
  • i'm not working out as i should and dieting as strictly but good thing i havent gained weight.
