49 yrs. Very active, emotional eater. Love food.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • losing 100 lbs
  • Being in a healhier place as I get older

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Grade school. Was thin in HS and college. Started gaining weight when I got married at 26.

My favorite healthy food:

Fish, hummus, apples, grapefruit, carrots, whole grains. Steel cut oatmeal.

My guiltiest pleasure:

Chocolate, red wine, cheese.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to be thin again, and live a healthier life. Wear more "fun clothes" To only view food as "fuel" and nothing more.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Only drinking water, and lots of it.
  • Exercise daily.
  • Eating something small every 3 hrs.

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Walking in the pool.

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • My son.
  • Getting a grip on my eating habits, food moderation.
