About Me:

Hi my name is barbara I got out of high shool weighting 86lbs I gained to 97lbs in the usaf I had my son in 182 I weighted 169lbs he weighted 7lbs7oz in 1994 I had a baby girl who weighted 7llbs 15ozs I was 38 years old they told meI weighted 138lbs after having hercuttting out of me I weighted 110 before having her then I had my gallbladder taken out in 2002 and I gained up to 199llbs and was double my weight for a 5'2" person I looked like a rolly pollie my weight is to 147 it goes up and down 137lbs but it seems if i don't just eat salads and fruit it goes back up I a disabiled veteran and they tell me to loose more weight it was tufff on my knees they hurt all the time but I would like to get down to 103 that would be asnother 45 lbs to go and i would really like to get my arms toned up I fell In the winter and busted both them good had to wear a sling on them i just wish I good get in good shape I alls ben on the smaller side of the scale and it is discussting have so much extra weight on a person but

The goals I'm working toward:

  • toning up
  • to be lean and healthy for the rest of my life

salad all kinsof veg's and fruit salad and i drink flavored water all the time

My guiltiest pleasure:

candy i have a terrible sweet tooth

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

i want to live longer to see grandkids in my life

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • ride bike
  • go swimming
  • eat healthy

My favorite activity at the gym is:

arm exercises and stomach
