About Me:

Formerly a personal trainer and nutritionist, I now work in the field of software engineering, web development, and SEO. Recently I came to the realization that my calling in life is to help people to be healthier by disseminating online as much fitness and nutrition knowledge as I can possible publish.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • Lose 10 lbs of fat.
  • Deadlift 500, Bench 315, Squat 405.
  • Increase MMA experience.
  • Develop a huge network of health related websites.

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

Fish, veggies, and a sweet potato.

My guiltiest pleasure:

bbq chicken nachos

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to look good, feel good, and inspire all those around me to do the same.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Eat every 3-4 hours.
  • Exercise 4-5 times a week.
  • Drink water all day long.

My favorite activity at the gym is:
