I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

8 yrs ago when I had my child. I gained 80 lbs. I went frm 120 to 200 lbs.

My favorite healthy food:

fruit, yogurt, grilled chicken and steamed veggies

My guiltiest pleasure:

Whatever I can get my hands on, binge eaing.

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

BE A GREAT ROLE MODEL FOR MY 4 CHILDREN. FEEL SEXY AGAIN. GROW OLD

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • DRINK WATER
  • EXERCISE

My favorite activity at the gym is:

CARDIO

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • GETTING MARRIED TO THE LOVE OF MY LIFE
