About Me:

I lost 45 pounds last year then had some health issues and an injury so I stopped excersing and stopped loosing. The good news is that I'be kept the weight off. Now I want to get back on track and continue toward my goal.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • getting healthier
  • exercise 4 times a week
  • eat healthier

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

I had my son 19 years ago

My favorite healthy food:

roasted vegetables

My guiltiest pleasure:

It depends on the time on the month - chips or candy

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I turn 50 this year and I want to be healthy enough to enjoy the second half of my live.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • drinking tea instead of soda
  • take my lunch to work
  • cook on the weekends so that I have healthy food ready

My favorite activity at the gym is:

water aerobics

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • keepin off 4 pounds for a year
