About Me:

Hi I am hispanic, 31 years old, I am a very happy person and like to loose weight because I need to be healthy and eventually start a family, want to have a kid and want to be healthy and ready when that day come.

The goals I'm working toward:

  • I want to lose 70 pounds
  • I want to be a Personal Trainer and help others
  • I want to have a daughter
  • I want my husband to run with my husband by his side.
  • I want to be able to walk without pain

I haven't felt comfortable with my weight since:

4 years ago.

My favorite healthy food:

brussel sprouts on the grill
srimps
salmon
Spinach with egg

My guiltiest pleasure:

Pupusas (spanish food)
Sweet bread with coffe

I'm inspired to live a healthy life because:

I want to become a trainer like Jillian Michaels.
I have flat feet and can't stand long period of time.
My health is getting worse everyday.

Healthy habits that work for me:

  • Stop eating carbs
  • My friend Yajaira's words.. "querer es poder"
  • Jillian's words on my ears... "“Unless you faint, puke, or die, KEEP WALKING!”
  • drink water when i want to eat bad foods

My favorite activity at the gym is:

Kick Boxing
Back exercises
Triceps & legs

The accomplishments I'm most proud of:

  • Learned english in USA
  • Succeed at work
