Handmade, Rolled and Cut Ravioli!
One word comes to mind to describe challenger KarinElizabethMeare’s latest culinary endeavor – impressive! Not only did she make a pasta dish at home… she made the pasta, too! And we say, keep practicing and then invite us over for dinner.
There is a reason why they make pasta machines! It is pretty impossible to roll them out thin enough, either that or I need lots more practice/muscles.
I really enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, trying new recipes, techniques and ingredients. Even when the end product doesn’t go on the top 10 list, it is nice to change it up once in a while.
