Like the App Store you’re familiar with on your iPad or iPhone, it seems like there’s an app for just about everything, including some great tools discussed below to help you stay on track with your diet and fitness goals.

Perfect Diet Tracker
Perfect Diet Tracker is a food journaling app that helps you track what you eat. You can access over 75,000 food items and choose between working with imperial or metric measurements. It will help you create a personalized diet plan using your goals.

Another food journaling app, HealthNut uses the official USDA SR23 database which contains nearly 8,000 food items. Once you select the foods you’ve eaten or plan to eat, the program shows you not only the total calories, but also the percent protein, carb and fat. Plus, it’s easy to ad new foods or combine existing items to create new dishes.
