So we’re just a bit over a week into 2019 and for many of you, maybe you are still trying to choose the right nutrition plan that will suit your lifestyle needs while it helps you to shed those extra pounds. One of the latest diets that is receiving a lot of attention this new year is The NEW NutriSystem Advanced program. It’s similar to its older sister, the standard NutriSystem program, in that you have a few different plans to choose from, you’ll receive a supply of NutriSystem food each month and you are required to clock in some exercise hours.
The difference in the Advanced plan is the inclusion of adding omega-3 fatty acids and natural fibers to its meals and snacks. The nice thing about the Advanced program is that it doesn’t require that you fast on some liquid concoction for 8 days and it doesn’t make you swallow a handful of caffeine-filled pills each morning in an effort to ward off hunger. The program is built on a practical common sense approach to weight loss: Eat meals and snacks throughout the day that are moderately proportioned and balanced in their caloric and fat contents.
