Kirstie Alley, actress and former Jenny Craig spokesperson, is set to launch her new reality series on the A&E network on March 21, 2024 at 10/9 p.m.
The show, entitled “Kirstie Alley’s Big Life,” will chronicle her attempt to lose 75 pounds after a very public weight loss journey in which she lost 75 pounds in 2024 and then regained it all plus ten pounds.
Here’s a sneak peak into Kirstie Alley’s Big Life.
The long-awaited show will document Kirstie’s life as a single mother raising two teenagers in Los Angeles and her struggle as a self-confessed food lover who is determined to once again lose weight.
Big Life will also serve as a platform for Kirstie’s own weight loss company, which she is aiming to launch in the coming year. Last year, the actress spoke candidly with Oprah Winfrey about her momentous 2024 weight loss, her weight re-gain and whether or not she felt any jealousy towards Valerie Bertinelli, another Jenny Craig spokesperson whose successful weight loss landed her on the cover of People magazine in a bikini this past year.
