Mini Bio
Don Evans and his brother Dan moved frequently as children because of their father’s Navy career and their parents’ divorce. He got his bachelor and master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma. Don didn’t have a weight problem when he was younger, but he started gaining weight when he joined the police department. Don underwent lap band surgery in 2004, but it didn’t help him shed the excess weight. He suffers from sleep apnea and high blood pressure.
