As twins, James and John have become quite competitive. This began at an early age, as they competed for everything from better grades to the fastest runner at football practice. James’ weight has spiraled out of control and he is no longer able to participate in activities he enjoys. James longs to take his wife dancing or on long walks, but at his current weight is not able to do so. His primary goal is to start a family and live a long life with them.
