Do keto diet. Not for a long time though. 2-3 months must be enough.

Consume less than 30 grams of carbs a day. Sugars on the nutrition label are already included in the total carbs you will consume, per serving. If the same label has fiber, subtract the fiber from the carb amount per serving; and this will be your “net total carbs”. So almost no rice, bread, pasta, noodles, cereals, potatoes, or sugary foods. You must increase your fat and fiber intake. Eat all of the healthy fats and protein you want. Drunk plenty of water and leave juices alone.

Bone broth is healthy and fun. Requires a bit of planning and discipline, but you will also feel good (gut especially) and look healthier.

The Fast 5 lifestyle by Dr Herring is awesome. Since I am insulin resistant, I have to let my body rest from glucose /insulin, eg. no eating. It’s super easy but not quick–1+ lb per week lost. Eat within 5 hours. I hack by having one low carb meal, one anything I want meal. 2nd hack-keep each meal no more than 90mins. You can do this while Banting, too.
14lbs down. Love it.
I can do this til I’m 100yrs old.

Hey Kimberly, have you tried the Keto diet? I lost 30lbs in about 4 months doing it. I am 62 and never felt better. I am still doing KETO bc of it’s fast weight loss abilities and bc of how I feel. I am sleeping better and have even taken up YOGA. I am not famous and I dont sell ANYTHING. Powders, shakes, pills, all that is not healthy. Just eat low carbs and hi protein. Protein cuts your appetite. Just find something that you can live with forever-KETO works for me and I have friends that have been successful on the South Beach diet. Dont fall for get skinny ads-the wt WILL come back – I found that out the hard way.

This Cruise Control Diet is a scam as far as you spend nearly $50 for a soft copy book. While listening to his lengthy video you are lead to believe you at least get a few books Then you are swamped with emails trying to get you to buy pills, etc I plan to return the $50 booklet and we will see how that goes!!!

Honestly I tried lots of diets . I am not very big . I want to loose 20 pounds .
I going back to scarsdale and it’s great but I cant Control my portion .
Finally I came back to duken diet (2ndtime) it’s great great diet but the time is too long .
So bottom line either scarsdale diet or duken diet . That’s it !

very smart. Best diet is, DISCIPLINE!!! Eating healthy, 3 meals a day (aprox. 5 hours apart), last meal 6pm., 30 minutes plus of walking every day.

First step when loosing weight, 0 sugars to be consumed. I have done the Ideal Protein diet 3 times since 2010. I am on it presently but without buying the product.

Dec 30th: Fasting, liquid only day. (suggested by my doctor)
Dec 31st: 3 meals, 8am,1pm, 6pm
Jan 1st: same as above
Jan 2nd: 5 pounds gone

My goal is to shed 15 more pounds by April 2022
