+It may not be a diet book, per se, but it sure is a great book on walking, sitting, and everthing else regarding posture. I was having back pain using the instructions in a popular walking book (based mostly on conventional wisdom), but this book completely changed my walking technique for the better. I now can average four miles and more w/o issues of feet, joints, or back.
