+I love this plan. It is a two week plan to jumpstart not only weight loss but a healthier lifestyle. The way it works is everyday you take a long walk, meditate, journal, drink hot lemon water on an empty stomach, do a cardio weight training combo, and eat according to their plan.
posted Mar 15th, 2010 2:13 pmThey take you every step of the way explaining how to meditate, what you will journal on etc. and have plans for different fitness levels for the exercises.
It is very time consuming (you're to journal for 15 minutes, meditate for 10-15, then walk and drink lemon tea in the morning plus yoga--that's already almost two hours). But it's ONLY for two weeks. That's why it's called bootcamp.
After the two weeks are up there are some things they suggest to continue such as lemon water, the eating plan, daily yoga, daily journaling or meditation, and then just alternating workouts from walking one day to circuit training the next.
IT's very comprehensive and wholistic and covers all your weightloss/healthy living basics: mental, exercise, and diet. Give it a try. I know it's time consuming but it's just two weeks. After that it will be less time consuming.
