It's the hit single all the DJs are promoting. Except it's not a #1 hit, it's a weight loss solution. Body Solutions Evening Weight Loss Formula is being hyped by more than 600 DJs across America. They say they were able to lose weight while catching their Zs. No special diet, no exercise. They just drink Body Solutions - which includes collagen protein and aloe vera - before bed and a few hours prior to a meal. The two active ingredients claim to increase lean muscle and burn fat. However, for what would seem like a lot of positive, the Body Solutions maker is being charged by the FTC for false and unsubstantiated claims. The product suggests that you can enjoy lasting weight loss even with a lifestyle void of exercise and a poor diet including fattening, calorie-ridden foods like pizza, tacos and beer. In September 2002, Mark Nutritionals filed for Chapter 11 reorganization in bankruptcy court. Under the terms of the stipulated final order announced today, Mark Nutritionals is barred from engaging in any future business activity.

+I bought this for my wife who wanted to try it. She ate as she regulary did, did what the instructions said to do and she went down 6 dress sizes in 5 weeks. Wish we could find it again.

+I researched the FDA to see why this product was baned. What I discovered is; this producted worked. The competitors used their influence at the FDA to have this product baned, discredited and the formula destroyed and Mark Nutritionals put out of business. It sadens me to think this is where we live.

AMAZING STUFF FOR SURE... I too lost 35 pounds in 5 months and I went down 5 sizes. I did not exercise, ate what I wanted. It controlled my hunger, helped me sleep better, and all ya do is drink a tiny little 4oz. drink 8 oz. of water and go to bed. UGH I miss it too. ;(

**Like most of the other posts, I am truly discouraged since I have been unable to buy this product. I started using it (JUST AS DIRECTED) in January, 2000 & by May of that same year I had dropped 35-40 lbs. I gained my weight back due to pregnancy 5 1/2 YEARS LATER!!! If I could just get the recipe, I would make my own. What I would like to know is how successful do you think those of us that had great success with the product could have been if we would have filed a countersuit against the plaintiffs in the original case...after all, we appear to be the majority, and it only takes 1 person to file a lawsuit?!

I took the weight loss liduid for almost a year back when it was on the market. I lost around 40 lns. It worked for me when NOTHING else ever had. I was devastated when it went off the market.!! Nothing since then has done any good. Wish I could get it agaln and I know someone else who does also.

-I had terrible stomach pains from using this product, therefore, had to return it. The BIG problem I had and am still having was IS trying to get my guaranteed money back. I feel that I'm getting the runaraound. I called and asked EXACTLY what I needed to do and did just as they told me. However, first they sent the check to the wrong address. Now they say they've sent it out, but it's been almost 10 days and nothing. Each time I call, I get a very sweet young lady, but she can't seem to get the supervisor to call me back. She passes on my calls, but I never get a call back. I'm still waiting.... I advise everyone NOT to use this product.

+whoever said it didnt work work wasnt following directions.I was overweight all my life and nothing worked.i weighed 215 pounds when i started taking body solutions and within 3 weeks i had lost 20 pounds.No dieting or exercise at all.I am proud to say I still weigh 150 pounds to this day

+I used it and LOVED IT. I lost 21 pounds in 3 months (140 down to 119). For those of you who were equally devestated when they took it off the market...IT'S BACK as of this week! . Just got off the phone with customer service!!

I have since gained the weight back, and decided to just quit eating 3 to 5 hours before bed since that's what the "reality" of loosing weight on Body Solutions. It did not work. I want the product again! Does anyone know of a similar product on the market?
