I tried it for a few years, but then found Shawn Baker's Carnivore diet, and currently for the last 60 days am just eating red meat, some eggs a little cheese, bacon. adn have lost 7 kgs, feeling awesome. Veggies are for the rabbits. I'll eat the whole cow not the grass. Loving it. Profound improvement on my health. My reflux is going away now . 3/10 was 8/10 and thats only 60 days in. Carbs are not for humans. We are meat eaters it turns out. go figure.

I've been using the CSIRO diet principles since I lost 22 kgs doing CSIRO diet and exercise and I have maintained a healthy weight for 2 years. I don't eat much meat but eat tofu and fish. I exercise , you can look on http://www.youtube.com/deborahwaikapohe to see what weight I am and how I combine this diet with exercise. CSIRO is fantastic.

Is ediet really a diet? I thought they helped you find a diet, like this site. Maybe i'm confused. I'm going to try CSIRO. All things in moderation, right?!

It might call for a lot of red meat, but I think you could probably sneak some fish and chicken since those are low-fat meets and it says it's a low fat diet and those would low fat. I love that I can have lamb chops and wine for dinner- yum!

I really like the way CSIRO sounds. Doesn't sound like you cutt too much out just balancing the good stuff. And wine? Tell me where you've seen a diet call for wine!

I tried the CSIRO diet for a while but eventual my body started to reject all the red meat I was eating. I went on to try the ediet program. Much better for me!
