Fast Track One-Day Diet is more of a detoxification diet that spans eleven days, not one. The detox diet which was created by Ann Louise Gittleman author of the Fat Flush Plan is comprised of a seven day pre diet, one day of consuming nothing but juices and three days of a post-fast diet. The main objective of this diet is to lose weight, clean out your GI tract and liver and increase your energy.

The Fast Track One-Day Diet is all about what you eat and what you don’t eat. For the first seven days, you’ll be dining out fresh vegetables, fruit, lean protein and a very small daily dose of either flaxseed or olive oil. On Day 8, you’ll consume only Miracle Juice, a blend of unsweetened cranberry juice, cinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, orange juice, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and stevia. For the remaining three days, you’ll eat probiotic foods like sauerkraut, and yogurt in addition to the pre-Miracle Juice diet. You cannot eat sugar, refined carbohydrates, grains, gluten, alcohol or caffeine while doing the Fast Track One-Day Diet.

yes, i've done it. it's really an 11 day diet. i lost about 20+ inches off my body and 10lbs the first time i did it. it takes planning, but i credit it with making a huge difference in my health.


I've seen mixed reviews about the fast track one-day diet. Has anyone actually tried this?
