As of 2/9/11, Frozen Fitness no longer appears to be in business.
It's called Frozen Fitness, but their website is full of hot bodies.
With proper nutrition and fitness, you can join the ranks of the slim and trim. Frozen Fitness is a new meal delivery company that combines many of the elements from the recipes of the bigger food delivery companies, but tweaks it for people who live an active lifestyle. Frozen Fitness is for people who exercise regularly and need the fuel necessary to keep their motor running.
To keep the metabolic fires stoked, the folks at Frozen Fitness recommend a whopping 6-7 daily meals for men, and 5-6 meals for women. You supplement with protein or meal replacement shakes.
Each meal is developed by a team of fitness professionals, nutritionists, chefs and athletes. And when you place your order and sign up on the site, you have access to members-only information, and can ask questions directly to the staff.

The meals provided by Frozen Fitness are each 10oz. servings, controlling portion size. Each offers about 50% carbs, 35% lean protein and 15% essential fatty acids. Meals consist of lean beef, chicken breast and fish, as well as vegetables and whole grain pastas.

EXERCISE
There doesn't appear to be a regimented exercise program, but you can contact the staff with questions about exercise. Once you've signed up you can access the "Access a Trainer" forum.
CONCLUSION
The price of Frozen Fitness meals are very competitive with the major players in the field. However, the choices seem to be rather limited. This is likely due to the company being very new.
It is nice that you get access to fitness experts and other tools. The explanation of the cost is a little confusing, in that it gives you the daily cost, but says it's for "two full weeks." It seems to imply that you only do it for two weeks, which would be silly. The general feel you get is that Frozen Fitness is a new and growing company just getting its footing.
