i have a question how its doest work the 3 huor diets . 3 hour in the morinig or 3 hours in the afternoon or ithe nite? i don't understand? can somebody help me?

+I bought the book last year and did the routine and it,s true, you really thin your waist in 2 weeks. the book cost me 35$ here in canada. It's easy doesn't take much time and it's fun because results are fast. I do recommend it. As a matter of fact i'm restarting the program tomorrow. And this time I won't stop!!
