Theres about a 1/2 inch patch of hair missing from the back of my scalp. although i can't prove relacore was the cause reading the other comments and there side effects raises some concern for this product. you live and u learn, take a learning lesson and don't try it

+I took this for two months and my husband noticed a tremendous difference in my mood.I didn't even take the full dosage,I only took one in the morning.I also dropped about 7 pounds without any exercise.I'm buying more and will keep taking it.The only side affect I noticed was a flushed feeling,which I think comes from the amount of Niacin in the product.Its worth it.I'm sorry for those who had a bad experience with it.

Is this only for women? I am a guy and I recently bought it a few days ago and I have had alot of gas & some bloating but with most supplements this always seems to happen in the first few days of use. I have been taking Relacore for a little over a week. The first night I took 2, and I almost freaked out (I also partied a bit that night and it just didn't seem to jive together). Since then I only take one in the a.m., and one at lunch (I'm a small lady). I feel calmer, I feel my stomach has gone down (I also have cut out coffee, eating late, and making sure I'm in bed before midnight). I can say I'm experiencing pain in my hands and feet, but cannot determine if it has anything to do with the relacore or my job where I drive alot.

This is not a magic pill, it helps with mood and energy and as a result it makes me feel younger, I consider this as an aid on the desire of loosing weight. I lost 60 pounds without taking this pill a year ago, just eating less and 15 minutes workout 5 days a week but I gained back some 20 pounds again feeling lazy and eating due to stress.
