No studies have been provided by Relacore to show that taking this ingredient for longer periods would be safe.

Asian Ginseng (root) Extract: Plant used in traditional Asian medicine as a way to promote well being, and to help with important body functions.

Our review experts have crafted a list of the best weight loss diet pills.

Web MD mentions tah this is:

“POSSIBLY UNSAFE when taken by mouth, long-term”

“Researchers think it may have some hormone-like effects that could be harmful with prolnged use”

There are some common side reports which may possible result such as:

  • Fatigue and restlessness.

  • Itching, rash, and dizziness.
  • High or low blood pressure.

The National Center for Comolementary and Integrative Health adds:

Due to the lack of information, it’s unknown if this ingredient would be safe to use.

Poria (sclerotium) Extract: This is a type of fungus that is used to help lower cholesterol, inflammation, and it suppresses immune function.

Web MD mentuions:

“it hasn’t been well researched by scientists”

“There are currently no human studies on the sedative or anxiety-reducing effects of jujube”

No proof is provided by the makers of Relacore either to show if it’s safe or effective.

“not well researched nor is there much evidence on the benefits”

It’s because of these reasons, that it’s impossible to judge what kind of an effect it may have on health.

Yellow 6 Lake: This petroleum extracted dye provides a orange like color.  It has been banned and or restricted in Sweden, Finland, and Norway due to health concerns.

According to the Center for Science in the Public Interest:

“Yellow 6, are contaminated with known carcinogens”

“Yellow 6 have long been known to cause allergic reactions in some people”

They have called on the FDA to ban this ingredient, since much like other food colorings, it has no nutritonla value.

Red 40 Lake: This red dye has no nutritional value, and is only added to give a certain color to this product.  Some evidence has shown that this ingredient may cause allergies, ADHD symptoms, and possibly even DNA damage.

It was also baned in France, Belgium, Switzerland, and other countris due to health concenrs.

Blue 1 & Blue 2 Lake: 2 food colorings which provide a blue tint. It’s known that blue 1 is poorly absorbed, with around 95% remaining in the stool.

The FDA warned about the use of this ingredient by saying:

“Toxicity, including death, has been associated with the use of FD&C Blue No.1”

Blue 2 has also been shown to be dangerous if inhaled. Also, it’s a skin and eye irritant that requires safety goggles and lab coats to handle.

EDITOR’S TIP: Combine this supplement with a proven fat burner such as Sletrokor for better results.

Relacore Quality of Ingredients

There are multiple possible side effects which may result from these ingredients. None of these additives have been proven to be effective according to quality clinical studies.

The issue with this brand is that even though its active ingredients are natural, there’s a posiiblity for severe side effets. It may potently cause symptoms such as fatigue, thyroid problems, hormone issues, mood swings, tremors, and many other problems.

The manufacturers fail to offer any proof that this formula would be safe and effective. This is particularly and isuse for this brand, since as you’ll see in the “ Business of Relacore” section, this company has been subject to multiple controversies with the FDA, FTC, and class action lawsuits.

The Price and Quality of Relacore

A single order of their Relacore Extra sells for $29.99 which offers 24 servings.

All the ingredients added to this formual have not been proven via clinical studies to be both safe and effective. The problem with this, is that there’s a possibility for several possible side effects even when the ingredients are used individually.

There’s also a high amount of stabilizers, food coloring, and processed ingredients. This makes this a poor choice for a supplement. Taking these types of ingredients will have unknown results. There’s a lack of quality evidence to show this mixture would be safe.

Business of Relacore

The company is owned by Carter-Reed Company. They can be reached via the following:

Phone Number: (800) 898-5153

Address: 5742 Harold Gatty Drive

                   Salt Lake City, Utah 84116

They say they offer a 30 day money back guarantee, as long as you pay for shipping and handling and return the empty bottle.

Relacore was involved in a class action lawsuit. They were fined for making false health claims about this brand. People were allowed a  return if they purchased this brand during a certain period.

The FDA also sent them a warning letter showing that they made false claims about Relacore including:

“FDA has no information that your products are generally recognized as fsafe and effective”

The FDA took issue with Relacore’s statement that it could:

“Helps Prevent Stress-Related Abdominal Obesity”

“Reduces sub-clinical depression”

The FTC also sent out a lawsuit against the company for:

“making advertising claims for their fat and weight loss pills”

“The Federal Trade Commission ordered the defendants to stop making baseless and bogus advertising clains”

All these issues have lead to investigations about the company’s policies. They repeatedly made unproven health claims about Relacore.

EDITOR’S TIP: For the best results, our experts recommend using weight loss pills for at least 3 months. Save your money by buying a few bottles at once.

Customer Opinions of Relacore

Here are some reviews listed on their Amazon.com page from certified customers:

“Made me sick to my stomach for 4 days”

“I didn’t find these work”

“I just didn’t see any results with this”

“I tried it for several months, no satisfaction”

There are a large amount of negative reviews from users. Many people felt there was no change in weight, or any other benefits to this. Some people did experience an increase in energy, but there were also customers who had serious side effects.

Some reported issues include rapid heart rate, anxiety, jitters, and insomnia. Though it’s unknown what kinds of ingredients would cause this effect, since there are no stimulants.

Conclusion - Does Relacore Work?

Befoe making a final decision on Relacore, it’s important to look at the company history, kinds of reviews, and what kind of evidence is provided. The manufacturers fail to offer any proof that these ingreidents work. The problem is that in researching these additives, there has been a lack of studied performed. None of these ingredients have been proven to be both safe and effective. Many customers have also failed to see any benefit. There have also been lawsuits filed against them by the FTC, and the FDA also asked them to stop making false weight loss claims for Relacore.

The better option is a brand with clinically studied ingredients which have been shown to be safe and effective. The best option out of 2024 is Sletrokor.

This all natural supplement has no artificial colors, preservatives, or unnecessary additives. It’s made with pure plant extracts which have been shown to be effective. Many testimonials are offered from satisfied customers who have lost significant amounts of weight.  People also mention that they achieved this without side effects, of which you can read about on the company’s official website.

You can even try Sletrokor risk free. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee with no questions asked if you want a return.

I have been using this on and off for years. I just read all the comments and wow! I have had no problems at all. I love this product. The only "problem' if you want to call it that is that you pee like crazy. I drink lots of water normally so drinking water was not hard for me. I am always in a better mood when I take this product. Trust me my kids appreciate it. In the past 2 1/2 years that I have been taking this product I have lost a total of 90 pounds. I do not think it is only the product making me loose weight. It is the way the product makes me feel that allows me to help myself do what I need to do to loose the weight. I am a BBW, but I do not want to always be this way. I was in a car wreck about 8 months ago and put back on 40 of what I lost. Ya talk about bad luck. Six months of physical therapy and a couple steroid injections later I am finally starting again on my adventure to loose the weight. I started this product again about 2 weeks ago and added the pm version too. I have already lost 10 pounds from just taking this and eating right. No exercise yet. I have a bad back and bad hip from my wreck so sleep was hard for me. With the pm I sleep like a baby. Wake up a little sore but totally worth it. This is not a miracle pill that will make you loose weight over night. If you want a product that will HELP YOU loose the weight the Right Way... This is the right product. I will use it off and on for the rest of my life to get me to where I want to be and stay there.

Has anyone tried the combo pilling with Zantrax 3? I read about it in a magazine but am hesitant to try it. I've heard it works...

Ok, as most of you know. A normal diet pill requires you to eat healthy and exercise daily. If you just take the pill and expect it to do wonders then you might as well save your money!! Its not going to burn the fat by itself while you sit on the couch all day. You have to be active and eating right helps also. Stress does cause some people to want to eat more sweets and junk food which causes them to gain weight. The pill decreases the stress level and helps control your hormones. No everyone is the same, everyones body is different so of course it will effect each and every one of you a bit differently. Yes you might have some of the same symptoms but dont encourage the rest of us not to use it. As you can see, it did work for some of these people, so dont knock it til you try it!! If its not right for you then move on to something else. What doesnt work for you might work for someone else. Or vice versa. When in doubt, ask your doctor. 99% of the time your doctor is going to tell you to lose weight the natural way by eating right and all that, but sometimes we need a little boost. So you are better off talking to a dietician. Best of luck to ya in making your decisions:)

I jsut started Relacore this morning. My spouse is gone and Im raising 2 kids, with a full time job and just bought a house, no family. Im hoping this will help in relieving how stressed I am and get my belly back to normal size. Im on birth Control Pills, so maybne that will help combat the Acne problem with this pill.

I like it. I have tried other products and it doesn't give me that buzzed feeling. I usually take 1/2 of the recommended dose at first, then will take the full amount. Regarding the acne. It states right on the bottle to watch for acne and other side affects. So I don't know why you all are so surprised by that. It doesn't push losing pounds either. More of inches from the body, especially the belly. Overall for the price and being an all natural product, it has worked for me. Especially for stress and losing inches. Which is more important than losing weight.

My mom told me about this product & it sounded great! After reading all these comments I am scared to death! Side effects: acne, hair loss, facial hair growth-yuk! I think I'll embrace my chubby belly & get to the gym.

a few things, I have been using this for 3 weeks. More energy, some weight loss, clothes fitting better. I don't know if it is causing acne, as I started thyroid drugs a few months ago and THAT made my acne flare up. I am using 3 rx's on my face and it is working. Kelp/Iodione/shellfish cause acne also for those prone to it, not everyone will break out from relacore. BTW I am 45 and was always a size 4or 6 until I hit 41...I do diet excerise etc but still got a belly. sooo sick of hearing people saying eat like a rabbit and work out. I eat 1,200 calories a day, and still had weight gain. Factors such as age, stress, hormones all cause weight gain, if this works I see no harm in using it. As for the FDA, they are just a bunch of overpaid government idiots who get paid to say that a product is good. Things get approved way sooner in other countries. For the 20 bucks I paid it was worth trying.

I just finished a bottle that I purchased to complement my diet. I've lost 11 pounds in three weeks, but I can't honestly gage what was Relacore and what was the diet. I will say it seemed to help my mood and my ability to focus. I've been off it now for three days, and I'm realizing I'm not feeling quite as good as I had. Now, again--that may be attributed to other things. I can't say for certain. I can say I'm thinking I'm going to purchase more Relacore.

I have tried both relacore and slimquick. I have found that relacore works much faster and i lost weight however i didnt like the fact that i broke out in pimples. With slimquick it makes me sleepy and the weight loss is much slower but after the third week i can see a noticeable change in my weight and with either one of them i am not as hyper as i was. So really both worked for me slimquick does not help with the belly fat though but relacore does.

Geez! Forget the added stress in physical side effects. Just learn about healthy eating - good carbs and bad carbs. Make good choices. As far as exercising; get out and just do it. Its work - yes, but you've heard the expression, "no pain no gain!" Exercise produces endorphins which helps us with stress. The payoff is worth it once you get your body conditioned, you'll see it. I used to be in a depression and gain 20 lbs. I was on a antidepressant, basically life really sucked. But I got out of that rut, exercised and started eating right by getting educated. Now I am happily a size 8, I am 5'8", pretty good for gal my size. I still deal with stress but I learned I make the decision to have it break me or live above that line. Hope this helps someone.

The first time i tried Relacore i followed the directions exactly as stating on the bottle. after a couple days i noticed that when taking Relacore pm i would fall asleep quickly but i would wake up several times during the night. Then after about a week i started getting headaches...more like migranes. i ALSO got very bad acne...horrible acne which i had never had before...face, neck, back...i didn't realize it could have been from the pills but i stopped relacore because of the sleep disturbances and the headaches and they got better (my stress level increased a bit but i was happy to sleep all night and see my acne and headaches go away). so ANYWAYS>..i tried it again after being off of it for 2 months. the headaches, acne and waking up during the night started again very soon after taking the pills. my educated guess...these pills are great for women who want to reduce the stress they mentally and physically feel but it wont affect weight loss unless you diet and excercise regularly. I think the pills more take that emotional and physical stress and turn it into symtoms...everyone reacts to stress differently...but its common for women to get a zit or have troubles sleeping when that stress is in our lives. Relacore took away the mental strain but my body took the aftermath of everything. i would suggest talking to your doctor about relacore before taking it...if stress is the problem you have then they will most likyl have something better and FDA approved for you to take. and if losing weight is what you need help with...they will most likly suggest diet, excerice and maybe a multi vitamin...NOT relacore.

BACKGROUNDBACKGROUND Start the Diet Now Advertisement

It's advertised as the stress and belly fat-reducing formula that could help you win the battle with the bulge once and for all. Relacore contains only natural ingredients and is specially formulated to reduce stress and, as a result, belly fat (also known as cortisol). Relacore suggests there is a correlation between the build up of fat in your midsection and stress. Relacore also suggests that this fat in your midsection is the most dangerous in your body as it heightens your risk for some diseases.

Relacore should be taken to compliment a healthy diet and exercise. The supplement is formulated to target hormones to reduce stress. In doing so, you're less likely to eat because of stress or anxiety and will be able to lose unsightly belly fat. It does not try to sell itself as a fat burner, as it is not. Some users have started to see noticeable results in the first two or three weeks of use.

Relacore also offers a nighttime formula (Relacore PM). It offers the same results and ingredients as original Relacore, with the only difference being a sleep aid that is not habit forming.
