If this program truly lives up to what it offers then the user would definatly be in a position to lose weight. Having more control over your emotions leads to better life habits including eating and exercise as well as impulses (midnight snacks and binging). Also, stress is a big contributor to weight gain and also effects weight loss. You are less likely to spend that extra time in the gym or restrain from emotional eating when you are stressed.
