+I followed this plan for twelve weeks and lost over twenty pounds. It was hard work, but it was worth it in the end!!

+I followed this program by approximately 90% and managed to lose 22 pounds by the end of it. I now weigh 147 pounds. Some co-workers were convinced I was on some sort of a diet when I wasn't at all. I followed the five rules and tried to eat no more than 1500 calories a day.

-A lot of work going in, had to change the diet for my food allergies. Told it no wheat but it put wheat in anyway. It did save foods I entered and meals I entered too. But every day I had to switch out their foods for foods I'd put together. I lost one pound in seven weeks. It didn't do anything to address why that was, when I increased my exercise so much and stayed with their guidelines. Good concept but for sure not a fits-all.

This diet is way more work than it's worth.... it's easier to just join a gym and go to a few classes a week and talk to you doc or even some of the trainers at the gym for a meal plan.... I really couldn;t practically follow this diet for too long.... and it was expensive considering I should have just done something else....

I burnt out on this plan. I didn't get the results I wanted either for all the effort I put in.
