I started the free trial last week and am really enjoying it. I think it tastes good, I'm not hungry and I have more energy. I actually ordered it months ago but never recieved my package, so I called them after noticing that they started billing me for the monthly $69 and the reversed the charges without issue (next day on my bank statement) and asked if I would like them to re-send the trail product. I said yes and now after starting I'm glad I did. I like it. Keep you all updated in a couple of weeks about weight loss.

Guys thanks to all of you for such helping comments. I don't believe in such grabagge, but their add ith free trial made it interesting. I chose not to order. For the people who have problems and can't stop from charging them, i had such problem with amazon. Call your credit card company and put a dispute on all these amounts. And make sure to tell your CC company to block the green tea company, so they wont be able to charge you ever again. You can trust me, that's that the only way to stop them.

I understand people being mad that they paid $70.00 dollars for a product that does not even work.. but if you were smart and read the small fine print... LIKE EVERYONE SHOULD ALWAYS DO.... you would realize that it is not a scam they are very clear on how they charge... and how much... the only thing I don't agree with is the promotional product that they charge for without asking if you want it... and on a side note I have three friends that tried this before I ordered it and two of them loved it and one hated it... it very much has to do with the type of body you have... good luck to anyone who decided to keep it... I am going to give it a try and see how it works for me:)

Yes, I also got partly caught in the "scam". I didn't read the Terms and Agreements thingy, but thanks to this blog I was informed that you were there after being charged every month AUTOMATICALLY!! Thanks Everyone! I therefore called and cancelled any further orders from being shipped out to me, they then gave me a cancellation code. Hopefully I won't have to call back in a months time because they DIDN'T cancel my account....Teach me to read every single detail next time...

I got charged the $5.97 S&H on 6/13/08 got the free trial, then on 06/30/08 got charged $74.41 I called there on 07/11/08 talked to a man and told him that I would like to cancel the order he said that he cancelled it. Then on 07/14/08 I got charged another $74.41 I called right away and had to leave a message told them to cancel the order I have called 3 times 07/14/08, 07/15/08, 07/16/08 and left messages for someone to call me back and have not heard a thing and have not got a refund, and also have not gotten anymore of the product, just the free trial, so for $154.79 I have received the 14 day supply. Very unhappy!!

I ordered this a few weeks ago, got charges the $4.95 or whatever for S&H and then about 7 days later got $74.41 taken out of my checking, so I called to cancel the order and talked to someone he said that he would take care of it, now today I went out to check my account and another $74.41 was withdrawn from my account, so I called again and had to leave a message, hopefully they refund my $74.41 but I do not forsee that happening, very disappointed!!

Yeah it is a scam but I don't know what your talking bout sending it back they said I had already been charged 70 when i didnt even have that on my account and that they would refund it..(I just got it 6 days ago) but they said the 30 day trial was mine to keep. They never told me I had to send it back.

Hope

I read everyone's comments after placing my order and panicked so I called right away to cancel my order. It took under 3 minutes for my call to be answered by a really nice girl who asked why I wanted to cancel. I truthfully told her that I had read a bunch of bad comments and didn't want to waste my money. She asked me if I'd be willing to try it at half price. I thought about it and figured...for $34.95, I'll try it out. I travel a lot on business so I get my exercise just from walking all day long. I'll know quickly if it works or not and I figure that if it doesn't work for me (cause not all diets work on all body types) then realistically it only cost me $34.95 plus the shipping. I was then transfered to an other girl who confirmed what the first one had said and they both asked me if I had any questions about how to use the product and so on...so we'll see. Thanks to everyone's comments, I got what they called their new "promotional" price... :)
