+I loved weightwatchers. I stop going for a little over a year now and I gained 14 pounds. I gained a lot of weight after my pregnancy because my portion size were out of control. I lost 45 pounds total on this program. You will learn portion control and selfcontrol. The best part is that u can eat anything that u want and still lose weight. Melissa u need a letter from your doctor to join the program because you are only 16. A healthy weight lost for your age should be 2 pounds a week(since you have diabetes).

+I love Weight Watchers! You will not find an easier weight loss program, other than starvation. This is a wonderful program, because it is something you can live with. But as with any other program, you have to be truly ready to lose the weight. I lost 50 lbs in approximately 4-5 months, and I have remained constant for 6 months.

+I LOVE it! The Points system is so easy and flexible and it really changes the way you look at food. I have been a program member for a year now and I've lost 45 lbs! It teaches you how to change your eating habits for good, but still allows you to enjoy your favorite foods. There are also tons of amazing recipes available to help. My favorite come from a blog. It has a fabulous supply of free Weight Watchers recipes.
