I have joined at various times in my life and attended meetings.
I am trying to follow the diet on my own to save money. I think I may have to change my thinking on that as well.
I wish there was a bigger discount for "retired folks".

+I have been on WW since Aug 2003 off and on, and finally in Oct 2005 went regularly and became a lifetime member in May 2006. I've been a lifetime member since then, and I can say that WW is truly the only 'non-diet' "diet" that works. Eating healthy and exercising/being more active practices that need to be developed and it's great to be encouraged of that weekly during the meetings!

+So far I love it! I've only been doing WW for 2 weeks and I am down 5.8 pounds. It is NOT a diet, it really teaches you what to eat and most importantly...portion control! I can still eat whatever I want, I just have to watch the portion size. Before joining WW I had major stomach issues. Since starting the program I feel so much better. No stomach issues at all & I just have so much more energy...it really is a great program & it's soooo easy to follow!

+I like this diet. I've lost nearly 18 pounds in 4 weeks. I lost 8 pounds the first week. I am never hungry. I can't excerise a lot, so this is good for me. This is the best way to lose weight and is a healthy weight lost.
