Young, Energetic & Slender (YES) is a diet supplement made from natural extracts of the South American native plant cha de bugre. YES is both an appetite suppressant and fat burner, helping you lose weight quickly. It also helps to increase your energy. It offers many of the same positive benefits gained from ephedra, without all the negative and dangerous side effects. Young, Energetic & Slender is available for sale in the U.S.
Cha de bugre is native to South America, primarily found in Brazil. This tree produces a small, red berry, from which the extract for weight loss supplements is obtained. The berry is similar in size and appearance to a coffee bean and is referred to by the natives as "cafe de mato," or & "coffee of the woods." It does contain potassium and a high amount of caffeine.

The YES site does not go into any detail about an exercise plan nor does it expressly promote an exercise plan. YES says that it will provide each customer with a diet plan and exercise pointers. Testimonials on the site indicate that no additional exercise is necessary to achieve the lofty results promised by Young, Energetic and Slender.
CONCLUSION
Young, Energetic and Slender is like many of the supplements available to dieters, in that it makes tremendous promises of a sexier, toned body by simply taking their pill (or in this case powder). Taking YES doesn't require any additional effort for monitoring diet or increasing exercise. It's not recommended as a long-term program, especially given that the product is a diuretic due to the high amount of caffeine. The product is a little pricey, given there are other more balanced products available at a more reasonable cost.

They scammed me out of my money before I even got the free trial bottle. Then they sent another two bottles I never even ordered. I'm scared to take them at all. The bottle says they aren't even FDA approved. I wouldn't even waste your time with it. What a hassle to get your money back!!

-I am with all yall,I sent mine back after speaking to someone named Lisa and it's now Feb and I have yet to get my 149.90 back,also all the numbers are fraud just like the company.I have put in a complaint to th BBB.I ve tried all the contacts I have,so if anyone has any new #'s or contacts Id love to get them.I'm also Still Waiting.

-The product does nothing but change the color of your urine!! It is a fraud!! Plus, try getting your money back when you are not satisfied. It is now December and I sent the product back in August!!

-I had no side my bottle had instruction 3 times a day 30min. before meal time. But I got no results and like Yvette (thanks for the contact number) they took $149.90 I sent back the product unopen and I am yet to see a refund 3 months now. I had a contact number after speaking to someone who told me to return product to get refund the number become unreachable.

-I didn't like the large amounts of caffeine in the pills and also didn't find the appetite suppresant that affective. I am going to try hydroxycut that I have heard is more affective

+I felt more energy and lost 4 pounds in my first week. If you need more information you should visit their site but for an appetite suppreseant it helped me get through the day and i finally stopped all my over-the-top snacking!

WOW!! This pill made me feel like i was drunk!!! I took it before school and could barley walk.. i was so dizzy and jittery.. i could barley concentrate, People thought i was high.. I really felt drunk. this pill is NOT SAFE save your money!!!!!!!!!!!!

This product made me sick to my stomach. Felt like I was going to puke for hours after taking. Sent it back and they still charged my credit card the $49.95. I am still waitng for a refund. It has been over a month now. Don't waist your money!!!
