I lost 46 lbs over an 8 month period on 1 pill at a time over 5 years ago. I notice that many people are taking these pills with tea, hot chocolate, etc. Caffeine with these pills is a recipe for misery. Also, I was never able to take two at one time. Only one in the a.m. and one in the late afternoon. And I never had trouble sleeping. I've gained about ten lbs. back due to laziness on my part so I started back April 1. I've already lost 3 lbs. Good Luck everyone......and don't forget to exercise!! Even if it's just a walk.

-I have to say that if you have a sit down job, this may not be for you. The energy boost is there, but be ready to work it off, or you may feel weird, well I did anyway. I had an upset stomach for 6hrs straight. Does not suppress my appetite. I know all diet pills work different for different people, and this unfortunately did not work for me:-(

Its' been 4 days and at first it seemed great. Appetite was suppressed and I stayed away from my normal snacking with only 2 pills per day... 1 before breakfast and 1 before lunch. Yesterday on the treadmill, my heart started to hurt like never before and I had to stop after a mile. For context: I ran two marathons within a month of each other, so I've never had problems running. Will admit that I have not stopped drinking my daily tea. I'll give it a few days and try again... without the tea.

+2nd day on Zantrex 3 and i LOVE. it. Gives me energy have lost about 3 pounds already (with diet and exercise and plenty of water) no side effects except hot flashes every now and then but not bad at all. I have two boys so the energy is great. I take 2 in the morning before my breakfast egg with no butter, and one in evening at dinner workout 20-30 mins a day walking or running on treadmill. Bottom line I would recommend this to people who are use to caffeine and people who need to lose weight. Oh by the way my starting weight was 195 down to 191 height is 5'3 hoping to go Down to my weight before I had kids which was 130.. good luck to everyone out there :-)

?will i lose weight with these pills without excersizing, but dieting?so i just took my first two pills today and im really hopeful for this. most of the results i read are positive! i was a little jittery today with a heartbeat a little faster than normal. what im wondering is if these pills will work if i change my diet, but not excersize much. im injured and cannot do the physical work, but with these pills and dieting right, will i lose the weight? i really hope so. i only want to lose 10 pounds, 15 at the MAX... wish me luck!! ill write later on with how its going!

-I have taken an entire bottle over the last month and I have not lost a single pound. I weigh 302 and drank 6-8 bottles of water per day, quit eating any sugar, and exercised. I am very dissappointed.

+This is the only pill that has worked for me-EVER! I took it 4 yrs ago when I had a hysterectomy, I had ballooned up to 240 pounds, but within 5 months was back down to 165 with 1-2 days of exercising/wk. There are 2 things for people to be aware of for this to work for you though. 1 is it contains Niacin (vitamin b3) which some people are very sensitive to, my friend experienced alot of redness on her skin and a warming sensation when she tried these- however, it does say that on the label. 2 is the amount of caffeine. It has an extremely high amount! When I diet, I cut out all soda and drink water, lemonade, and caffeine free green tea. So essentially these pills prevent me from having any caffeine withdrawals! But if you are sensitive, definitely start with 1 pill before your meals, that way you don't get anxious or a stomach ache! I have tried multiple pills such as SlimQuick, Hydroxycut, HealtheTrim, and QuickTrim. This is the only one that has worked and did everything it said it would! Remember water and exercise :)

I have been taking it for roughly 3 weeks. I started off taking 4 a day 2 per meal 2 meals a day. Quite honestly I havent noticed really any bad side effects. Sure my stomach will rumble a little bit, but that was wheni first started taking it. but even then it wasnt painful. Personally when it comes to drinking water I noticed people saying things about it. So I decided to heed there warning so I drank about 3 glasses per meal. So far thats proved to be sufficent. On a weird side note, since ive started taking this diet pill, ive noticed I am not drinking as much pop/soda as i normally used to. I used to easily drink a 12 pack a day. Since ive started taking this diet pill Its like my body doesnt need it. Whats strange is I am not feeling any side effects from not drinking any pop/soda. As far as energy is concerned i am not going to attempt to answer that. The reason being I have sleeping disorder and tend to be nocturnal. As far as supressing appetite Id aggree that it does. As far as actual weight loss I wouldnt know I havent weighed myself yet. I will say this I weigh roughly 210 right now i am not expecting quick results like others in here. I would be satisfied if i lost 5-10lbs per month. I am unable to excerise due to multiple injures so we shall see what happens. I will be posting a weight update here in a few days.

I've been taking the pill on and off. It definitly suppresses my appetite. But the side effects are horrible if u take 2 or more pills at one time. Start with 1 pill. That was even to much for me. So now I open up the blue capsel and pour the brown powder into a cup. Then I mix with hot tea or hot coco. I sip on it for about 2 hours here and there while at work. It helps suppress my appetite with out the side effects! The first time I tried the pill I took 2 of them at once and I felt like a meth head. I felt like I was not myself. My heart and mind was racing. It was a horrible experience. TRY MIXING IT WITH A FLUID. And drink water on the side of that. I use one pill a day to help skip early morning appetite at work. Drinking it gives me a lot more control and if I start feeling bad side effects then I won't drink the rest. I will not be buying another bottle of this I don't think. Still trying to finish the bottle I got.

+I starteda week ago, but sine I have a low tolerance to medicine I only take one pill a day and only every other day. I have tried other diet pill and they made me completely sick. But this product works. You have to include excercise and drink lots of water. Also I stop using salt and the weight is gradually falling off. I see a difference already, but my advice is don't over do on anything, Everything in moderation. Be Blessed.

+I weight 219 last week. 189lbs today. Been 9 days. I am excited. Make sure you drink a glass of water with your pills. I have 3 light meals and 2 fruit snacks a day. Still get cravings if I stay up late but a glass of water helps. Make sure you sleep 8 hrs a day. Start off at 1 Pill not 2.
