the company that charges 4.95 than wants to charge every month DON'T GET IT..it will be hell for them to get out off there list...total scam...I did not lose weight.In fact I gain a HUGE BILL..

I had no problem cancelling it. As long as you call before 14 days are up from the date you placed the order there are no additional charges besides the shipping and handling of $3.95. I called to cancell and was on hold for less than a minute ....they cancelled my membership no questions asked and thanked me for my business. After reading all bad reviews about not being able to cancel and being charged I was little sceptical about the product....but I cancelled my membership no problem. I haven't really use any of it yet, but if it works, I will definitively re-instate my membership. And phone numbers are clearly stated on the side of the bottle. So it is just a matter of calling before 14 days are up, otherwise they will charge you full price as stated in the disclaimer.

-I recently purchased the 14 day trial for your product. I was happy to be trying the product, especially with all the reviews and a money back guarantee, I felt secure.
posted Jan 7th, 2009 4:55 pmTo my dismay, when I went to return the product after I decided that it was out of my budget, I noticed my card had been charged the $86 for a two month supply and I had not even received the trial yet! When I called I was told (and yes it is written) that if the bottle is not received within five days to call. I was told I had already passed my trial date and that I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee.
This is a scam. Why would a trial start before you receive the product? Why would your card be charged for the product before you recceive the trial, and then why would you have to pay a restocking fee for a product you didn't even use?
I placed the order December 18th and didn't receive it until Janaury 6th at which I called to cancel, and was told the aformentioned. You guys have found a way to get consumers, and yes it is written, but it is obvious that it is intented to deceive.
Other need to know so they won't get caught in the 25% restocking scam!
