-Carrie be aware. Once you cancel they will put you on hold and charge 87.13 to your card!!! This company is under investigation by the BBB as it is. I went online and filled out another complaint will do so daily until my 87.13 is back on my card. AS of yday they said my refund should be back on my card within 5-7 days.

-This is completely ridiculous! I ordered the pills this morning, read this blog, and promptly called to cancel.
posted Dec 11th, 2008 3:07 pmFirst, I received a "not in service message"; then finally the phone just kept ringing.
THen I finally got some woman, who couldn't speak English if her life depended on it, who told me the account was cancelled. When I asked for confirmation, she told me to call the billing dept at 954-699-0814. And that they would be sending me an email.
I then called the number and "Alex" (yeah, right) answers. I repeated the same info to him and he acted as if the cancellation had never been processed. And proceeded to cancel it again. He then told me an email would be sent to billing. Of course, I thought this WAS billing. and he informed me that they only communicate with billing through email.
Oh and the supervisor was conveniently the only one who speaks English and was "on the phone" BS!!!
I want my 3.95 back; one would think a reversal after 2 hours should be an easy task. I'm tempted to cancel my credit card, but I have other transactions coming in soon.

-for the 866-870-0692 number. Another number to reach FWM laboratories is 866-949-0138. i ordered my bottle nov. 27,2008. Was shipped on dec 3,2008 received on dec 8,2008. I called on the 9th to cancel first number mail box was full. So i googled and found another number. I called to cancel was put on hold and charged 87.13 to my card. I watched the transaction online. I went online and put in a complaint with the BBB in florida. This is a scam. You have to be persistant. They will say you cannot speak to anyone in billing get ugly and be persistant. Also here is a email. [email protected]. I even tried to return the trial bottle scared to take it. they wouldn't give me a RMA number lol

-If you want to try acai, got to vitacost.com. I think that is it, they have great prices on nutrional products. I just ordered to bottles of acai supplements and two bottles of organic acai juice for a total of $45.00 or so shipped. Hopefully, it will be here this week. This will be my first time trying acai.

-Product is NOT how they advertise in TRIAL version....I ordered the 30 day supply for my daughter to try...then two weeks later was auto-charged the entire 87.13....again, I called the "customer service" number and the mailbox is conveniently FULL...probably from all the dissatisfied customers...it is a SCAM.

-product not as they advertise it to be. trying to cancel, so i'm not auto charged and can't get anyone to return calls, #listed states mailbox is full , this is a red flag! I don't advise - no customer service at all!
