They lie to you. They tell you that it is a free trial and if you cancel in time your account will not be affected. Lie, lie, lie all lies. So beware that they are going to charge your credit card.

How can they call a product Acai Pure when it contains the following ingredients? ginger, licorice, rhubarb, fennel, and other herbal products. This is not spelled out in their ad. I ordered a thirty day supply for 99 cents S&H. I received the product nine days later only to find out I had a ten day trial before they started zinging my credit card. I didn't have sufficient funds at the time so the charges were declined. But they kept hitting it. I told them I wanted to return it and was told I had to pay for this shipment and no more would be sent.

Now it is five months later and I am being told I need to pay $77 or my account would be sent to a collection agency and an additional $100 would be added. I would send them the $49.95 for the original purchase, but I am not going to be strong armed into paying more than three times the price for a worthless product.

I ordered Acai Pure ??30 day trial?, and i have that in quotations because i am being charged before I??ve even seen the product at my door?complete scam..do not order!!!I have had to cancel my credit card, because I can??t even get a response from email or phone to cancel. Their customer service is not only terrible, it doesn??t exist at all. Their phone numbers ring busy, or you wait on hold forever and no one answers, they won??t email you back. The company listed on the credit card doesn??t even exist, and the phone number doesn??t work. How can people get away with this? The only attempt they??ve made to contact me was to tell me my credit card wasn??t working via email?hahaha! jokes on them now!!

I am not a big fan of the product, however had no problem returning it. Customer service was nice, although hard to understand witht he heavy Indian Accent, but very pleasant. When i ordered the trial offer, I read the fine print, everyone complaining should only blame themselves.

Why am I not a fan? I have taken colon cleansing products before and this isn't very potent at all.

all of these products are a scam for the amount of money they charge you. if you don't RETURN the product within 14 days, you get the full charge. you don't get to TRY the products for 14 days. you are much better off getting into a legitimate program of diet and exercise than this CRAP!!!!!

Nothing but a big scam. I was told it only cost $4.95 for the shipping and if I did not want anymore I can cancel and that would be it. I canceled shortly after I received the bottle of AcaiPure, however today on my credit card I see a charge new charge of $39.95. I called them up and inquire about it and was told that the $4.95 is for shipping and even if you cancel you still get charged for the bottle which is $39.95. I told him it is a free bottle and should only Cost $4.95 for shipping. They are a bad company who are scamming a lot of people. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU CREDIT CARD!!!!!

This is a ripoff company. I ordered the trial for $4.99 and immediately canceled per the enclosure in the package. Today I received a package from CCN Acaipure and my credit card statement just happened to come, also. I had a January 31, 2009 charge to my credit card for $38.26 and immediately called the company. I was told there was no record of cancellation. I called my credit card company and was told that another charge was placed on February 15, 2009 for $46.59, for a total of $84.85 charge within a 2-week period. I disputed both charges and was told by the credit card company that they are seeing a lot of this from this company.

I called the company and they tell you to return the product at your expense and that they will not credit the account until they receive the returned product. Both "floor supervisors" I spoke with immediately went on the defense and accused me of being rude.

I also called the original toll free number that I called when I canceled and guess what -- they have no record of my name, phone number, credit card number, and can't pull up by the confirmation number.

This is a total scam. Rachel Ray and others should be ashamed of themselves for promoting this type of ripoff. I had to totally close out my credit card line and open a new one because of this. That's the only way to stop it.

I will also be contacting the Attorney General's Office.

Purchased trial offer on line. I immediately contacted them by phone to cancel the order, as I forgot I had a chemo appointment & figured I better not. The person as much as told me tough, that the order already went through. Talk about fast, but I waited 2 wks for delivery. I never even opened the bottle & sent it back the same day, with a letter of explaination. I now has received another order billing me for $44.90. I will not pay, I will take it off my crdit card, and if it is not resolved, I shall contact the Attorney General of Ohio. Beware

I don't know if I like it or not yet. I ordered the free trial and was charged $5 the first time and $88 the second time. Luckily I kept my payment confirmation. I called the customer service line, got right through, cancelled my order and demanded a refund on my credit card. It is supposed to be credited within 10 business days. This is after I emailed the customer service department (per the web site) and got a response that they had no order information for me by name, email or address. The asked me to provide that information along with an order number. If you do order through the web site be sure to keep all of the information from ordering including the web site that you ordered from because the customer service department asked me that. If I did not provide them with the web site, where I saw the price, they probably would not have given me a refund because the lady I spoke to told me it is $88. Just be very persistant when you call, and keep all imprtant inforamation. Working for an attorney for the past 15 years has taught me to keep info, keep notes, and take names.

I received my free-trial offer with $4.95 shipping payment. Now have been billed for two separate payments--one for $39.95 on 12/04 and another $44.90 on 12/19 which I DID NOT request to purchase!!!!!! (Also, have not received anyway.) Also, called the customer service at 1-888-692-8352 cannot get through and tried logging onto without any capability of getting through to the appropriate people. Have cancelled my credit card account and do not wish to receive or pay for any of this!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully, someone will get the message!!!!!!
