I was able to lose 30 lbs and keep it off with Apoleia360. It helps give me that boost I need to workout and keep my appetite under control. It is not a miracle pill and you have to work hard but it does give you that added support whether physically or just mentally.

+This product is amazing. I've been taking it for a little less than 2 weeks and I've already gone down a size, doing nothing but eating a little healthier and taking the Apoleia360. I'm not technically overweight, but almost, and I want to lose 20-30 pounds before the end of the summer. I've had no uncomfortable side effects, no cramps, no digestion problems... I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for weight loss.
