Blackhawk Fitness is an intense bootcamp-style fitness program designed for any fitness level. Available only in Kansas for the time-being, each bootcamp-style class is choreographed according to the U.S. Army’s Physical Fitness standards.
Classes run on a 6-week training cycle with no two fitness sessions being the same during the entire program. Each day, a distinct theme is followed for each class so that you never get bored and you are giving your muscles a rest in between workouts. The entire instructor core (called the Cadre) is made up of persons currently serving or who have previously served in the U.S. military.
Blackhawk Fitness is intended to get you in shape with the focus, discipline and results of being part of the armed forces.

You are instructed to drink plenty of water each day while avoiding soda and consuming moderate amounts of tea and coffee. In addition, four servings of fruit and four servings of vegetables should be eaten each day. Blackhawk Fitness recommends eating apples, apricots, blueberries, cherries, grapes, peaches, pears, raspberries, strawberries, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, celery, and lettuce.
Lean sources of protein like poultry, fatty-fish, lean red meat and eggs are also strongly encouraged. Non-lean red meat and pork should be limited to once or twice a week.
Blackhawk Fitness is bootcamp-style program in which you alternate between workouts and anatomical focus for six weeks. During your first week, your baseline fitness level is evaluated including fat analysis, blood pressure and other health markers.
The program includes a cycled workout training schedule that changes every day. One day, you might do calisthenics, strength-training and sprint drills. The next day might be a long-distance group run or drills and other team events. You might get a workout by participating in Gym Day where instructors guide you through a cross-training workout.
As you move through the program, you can graduate to more advanced levels of training programs.
