Shiva Rea has been called the Madonna of yoga. She has consistently created yoga workout DVDs of a high quality that get great results. This DVD focuses on the core area of the body, which includes the area between the upper thighs and lower ribcage. There are three different programs on this DVD with all of them ranging from eight to 17 minutes in length. The three segments include the water core, fire core and spontaneous core sections. Those that stick with the DVD will see great results. You will find that your best body comes when you have a strong core, lean torso and healthy back. This DVD does not bore you with typical ab exercises. Instead you will build strength in the same ways you would when rock climbing, surfing or dancing while building strength and grace. You can do all three of the included segments at once or do them individually.
