The Curves 30-Day Diet plan is a practical solution to eating better so that you can lose weight without counting points or eliminating entire groups of food.
The 30-Day Diet Plan is a series of weight loss management classes that you attend on a weekly basis. Each class focuses on teaching you how to make healthier choices that support your weight loss goals.
Classes include a 90-minute Start-Up class followed by Phase 2 and 3 classes, each 30-minutes long that focus on teaching you the fundamentals of the Curves Weight Management Plan and special techniques for ongoing weight maintenance. In addition, special topic classes are also taken and cover subjects like smart grocery shopping tips, how to choose the right carbohydrates and how to overcome emotional eating.
You are also encouraged to make weekly appointments with your weight management coach in which you get weighed, receive support and one-to-one guidance.
While on the 30-Day Diet plan you are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the Curves 30-minute workout system, which is included in your membership fees. This circuit-training workout routine can help you burn up to 500 calories in a session and includes a combination of cardiovascular and weight-training exercises.
Curves 30-Day Diet Plan is an organized program that is available to all new or current Curves members who wish to lose weight. +Curves WEight Management Plan is great. I have lost 8 pounds in 6 months which is a big deal when you realize I was on a weight loss plateau for the previous 2 years (on another low cal diet plan). I am very seldom hungry, eat foods that I like, and am wearing clothes from 6 years ago!
