Denise's Daily Dozen: The Easy, Every Day Program to Lose Up to 12 Pounds in 2 Weeks is the latest book written by fitness guru Denise Austin.

In Denise’s Daily Dozen, she shows you how to live a healthier lifestyle even when you’re convinced you don’t have the time for it. This book is not just about fitness; It covers the entire realm of health and fitness including wellness, dieting and keys to managing stress.

As a whole, Denise’s Daily Dozen gives readers the key components of what to do each day to be flexible, strong and trim. Through this book you will be receiving the diet and exercise plan that Denise uses for herself. Each day will have its own focus from Monday being "fat-burning day" to Sunday's "recharge and rejuvenate."

In the fitness component there is a total body workout that consists of 12 exercises that you do in your own home in just 12 minutes.

For the diet portion, the meal plan that is included gives seven days of meals and also gives shopping lists and simple recipes. All of the meals take only 12 minutes to prepare.

And for the stress-management portion, you focus on specific daily concepts that help to keep your stress levels in control and your thoughts positive.

Denise's Daily Dozen focuses on a lifestyle change rather than just temporary fixes for weight loss.

I think this is a great book - would recommend purchasing the DVD as well. I was worried about being hungry on the plan and I haven't been. The moves are super easy and I'm totally out of shape. Plus, the lunches are easy to have at home or at work and the meals are kid friendly.
